Shady yellow color, fluffy white head. Sweet and banana scent. Malty, mineral, some fruity taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Jul 1, 2009 Bottle, 5.0% as Herold Bohemian Wheat Lager. Quite clovey aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. White head. Distinct flavour, clove and citrus. The citrus is slightly lemony and turns a bit rough in combination with the bitterness. The aftertaste is rough and not so pleasant.

Apr 16, 2008 Pours very cloudy murky orange with minimal frothy head. Strong banana, cinnamon, and very bready aroma. Excellent cinnamon spice, banana and clove flavor. Quite doughy, some cookie. Very rich and filling, yet a light crisp sparkly palate. Some coffee /chocolate cookie like dryness in the finish. This is a yummy candied hearty wheat treat. Reminds me slightly of Jorger Weisse.
