My Bottom Line:
A somewhat fruity and dusty yeast presence roams with the prevalent maple/honey sweetness of this rather malty bohemian pilsner. If you expect a crisp and beautifully hoppy Czech pils, this might not be it.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam fades into the dull, hazy blond.
-The finishing hop bitterness is quite dry and muddled, a little wooden.
-This has the usual, bready sweet flavor profile of 14-degree svetlés.
-Is this controlled diacetyl I perceive, or is the malt’s sweetness leaking into butterscotch territory?

Bottle; no date.

Pours canary with smallish white head and small carbonation bubbles. Aroma is solid pale malt, hops, and some thiols. Very Pilsner Urquellish aroma. The taste is extremely malty, with some hopcit and honey in the very crisp, clean finish. This one is a winner!

Slightly hazy in look, average head. Mild aroma but pleasant lightly roasted, sweet. Taste was actually surprising to me well hopped with great balancing of all the ingredients. Impressive. Prima. Quiet intensive in taste. It was fun to drink. Solid brew. Had its strengths few weaknesses.

This bottled brew poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated transparent light yellow brown orange colored body. The aroma was slightly astringent with malt hop bready notes. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish with a mild astringency and crisp semi-thick lager feeling. The aroma also contained the same malt hop mild astringent bready sweet notes.

Bottle bought at World of Beers in Clearwater, FL. Off-white small head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, transparent, carbonated, and a yellow golden hue. Malty and dried fruit? nose. Malty, biting flavor. Tingly palate. Medium body.

Bottle. Gold body with a medium sort of frothy white head. Aroma is malty and nicely hopped. Light graininess and some lightert straw notes. Dried fruit, perhaps? Almost a note of trail mix as well. Taste is grassy and doughy with light citrus and grains. Pleasant refreshing feel to it. Minimal carbonation buzz about it. Light-medium mouthfeel. Very quaffable! Finishes with lighter grains, faint lemon drop notes, grass, bready malts and light Euro hops. Nice!

A candied malt aroma, golden amber, with a small vanilla head. Fruit, candy flavours, mellow and sweet. Good tongue tingle, a real treat. This was the last beer I enjoyed in 2002, Thanks again Radek!

The aroma is sweet with caramel malt, yeast, and light herbal hops. The appearance is light amber gold with a thin head. The palate this thin. This is a sweet caramel interpretation of a Bohemian Pilsner light on the hops. The aftertaste has sugar and a little bit of chemical bitterness.
