Dec 4, 2004 Good wheat, smooth and refreshing. Lacks individualality, but this is acceptable for the time-being. My lack of other praise leads me to my conclusion ... good, but by no means great.

Nov 23, 2004 Bottle. Dark golden colour with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy. Flavour is dominated by the malts but the hops are noticable. Nice smooth and rounded mouthfeel. Good pilsener.

Oct 28, 2004 Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a fast-dying white head. Aroma of very fresh coriander seed, wheat, curacao, bubble gum and some sweet fruits. Light-bodied; Super carbonated mouthful with little taste; Some malt and meaty flavours dominate the taste. Aftertaste shows some strong flavours, mostly malt-some sugars. Overall, a decent wheat-aroma is great, but the taste leaves you wanting more! I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased at Whole Foods in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia on 18-September-2004.

Oct 26, 2004 A frothy white head formed that quicly disappeared. The color was like golden straw with a light hoppy aroma. The beer was not noteworthy. This lager was very ordinary to me.

Oct 22, 2004 Nice dark golden colour pilsener with average sized frothy head. Aroma is initially malty, but ends with a fine hoppy bitterness. Flavor is mostly hoppy with a very dry finish.

Aug 30, 2004 Sparkling clear, beautiful, golden lager with a small, frothy, white head. Good retention and spotty lacework. The aroma is very nice with lots of citrus and floral hops. Unidentified fruit, not unlike the Herold Vyčepní Světlé... a morph between apricot, avacado and watermelon. Maybe a touch of fruitcake as well... very complex for a lager. The flavor is well-balanced and well-bittered. Fruity, peppery and lemony with a touch of honey. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Medium length, crisp finish with some notes of honey at the wee end. Very pleasant surprise!

Aug 23, 2004 Soft and malty aroma with some mildly spicy, flowery hops noticeable in the nose also. Copper coloured with creamy white head that diminished to thin cover with no lacing. Soft and malty flavour is less exciting than the aroma would suggest. Hops are somewhat subdued. Smooth, creamy round mouthfeel. Enjoyable. Bottle. Enjoyed with MartinT and Rastacouere.
