Apr 28, 2007 Pours to a beautiful gold body with lots of active carbonation, a creamy white head sits on top. Awesome lacing. Looks very nice. The aroma is very floral and lemon candies. Grassy hops and honey. The flavor is very much Saaz hops. Spicy hops, bready malts, light floral hops. Nicely balanced. The palate is dry, crisp, refreshing.

Apr 15, 2007 Aroma of honey and sweet malt. Flavor was familiar, but strange. Alot of sweet malt, and maybe some honey; a faint hop presence. Body was pretty good; as well as the mouth feel. Dry finish.
