Found this one bottled in Belvidere, Illinois, under the name "Herold". Dark yellow pour with a thin, watery head, grassy, slightly floral nose with a hoppy taste and not much else. Another inoffensive and boring pilsener.

Golden yellow in colour, with a sweet malt background and a little fruity lageryness

500ml bottle. Thinly-headed ruddy amber pour. Stillish and clear. Fruity malt snout. Gently malty with a touch of hop bitterness at the end and some faintly biscuity creaminess after the swallow. Underwhelming supermarket cheapie.

Gold and clear, with a fluffy, lacing head. Mild, sweet, malty aroma. Texture is soft, almost silky, but the carbonation is good. Malty at first, then finishes with a nice bitterness. This Pilsener is less crisp than others, but it seems to have more malt flavor notes. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Pale golden in colour with good clarity and a moderate white head. Light hoppy to the nose. Flavour has some nice hints of sweet malts and lemon. Dry finish. Refreshing and food friendly (Ice Wharf, Camden 19.09.2006).

Golden color with a bit of white head. Aroma hints at some spicy hops and a lot of malt. Fairly simple flavor with a little bit of biting hop bitterness. Juicy malty finish. Good pilsener.

Golden, clear beer. Low white head. Aroma is water and perhaps salt. Flavor is salty too, malt perhaps.

Golden and clear, with a massive creamy white head. Sweet fruity aroma of passionfruit and apricot, as well as some grassy hops. The mouthfull is also very fruity, and the finish dry and clean. A complex pilsener, very enjoyable
