| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 30, 2004 Crystal clear, deep gold lager with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. The aroma is fruity, spicy and interesting. Black pepper, jalapeno pepper, citrusy hops and an unidentified fruit... a morph between peach, avacado and watermelon. The flavor is perfectly balanced via careful bittering. Also delivers just a touch of clover honey. Medium-bodied with a lightly oily mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, clean and then bitter finish. Nice surprise! ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

The aroma was bready and malty. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish and slightly astringent. The flavor was crisp and semi thick with malty hoppy bready doughy notes. Deep golden. Small white head.
Really bready and malty aroma.
Sweet, though fresh and malty flavour. A czech pilsner alright.
