Bottled. A light yellow and very bubbly perry with a disapperaing white head. The aroma is sweet only with notes of pear. The flavor is very sweet with primary notes of pears, but also a very slight acidity, leading to a slightly tart finish. Too sweet for me.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is pear, some sugar, slight sour/acidic notes. Flavour is much the same, and ends in a rather sweet sugary pear flavour. Quite dry palate.

Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Irma, Hilleroed. Sweet pear aroma. Clear pale yellow colour - no head. Very sweet taste - artificial pear. A soft drink and not much of a cider.

Bottle 150 cl. Large fizzy white head that for a Cider mostly lasted. Spare lacework could be observed, which almost never happens for Cider. Very sparkling looking body with a pale watery looking golden glowing color. Aroma of sweet Perry, sugar, mild acidic, hint of citrus – yeast – vinegar. Light bodied with a lively carbonation and mild dry texture. Light sweet and acidic flavor. Light Perry like sweet finish.
