Clear glass bottle. A clear pale to medium golden beer with a medium sized, mostly lasting white head. The aroma is weak, sweet and unexciting, lighly malty, very lightly hoppy and grainy. There’s a note of paper. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Very simple. Light to medium body, lively carbonation, quite short finish with light to medium bitterness. Uninteresting, across between a pale lager and a real Helles .

Nov 6, 2009 Pale yellow color with little head. L’ aroma is meaningless if not for a point of malt. The body is light, little malty and for my tastes too much gaseous.

Sep 4, 2009 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty and grainy nose with a light artificial note, reminding me a bit of varnish oil. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Pale malt-character, slightly strawy taste with shy herbal spice. Faint bitter finish with light grainy notes in the aftertaste 04.IX.09

May 30, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a dense white head. Mild cardboardish and cornish aroma. Flavour is medium sweet and mildly spiced. Lacks some distinct bitterness. Mild spice note along the cornish notes into the finish.
