Nov 4, 2007 Draft. A slightly hazy amber beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet with flowery notes of hops as well as a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and flowery notes of hops, leading to a medium bitter finish. I was told, that this was merely a cask version of the IPA.

May 27, 2007 CBF07 sample from tap. No carbonation. Aroma is floral hoppy and sweet. Flavour is lovely sweet malty with a good flora and bitterhops making the finish.

May 24, 2007 Cloudy orange colour with a white head. Malty, light sweet aroma with notes of pine and fruit. Hoppy fruity flavor with some pine bittern notes and a vague malty sweetness. Light dry and bitter finish.
