Sep 27, 2008 Draught, EBF 08, Copenhagen. Chestnut with a thin white head. Nose is meaty, and pumpkin. Mouth is meaty hops, some grass and malty tones. Sweet, with some root vegetables. Some alcohol. Good.

Sep 26, 2008 Draught@EBF2008. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, malts, caramel and quite much pumpkin. Flavour is very much the same with some rather alcoholic notes. Yet wellbalanced and quite nice caramel maltyness leaving in aftertaste.

Sep 25, 2008 Had this at The European Beer Festival, Kobenhaven, 12-09-08. Very clean tasting beer with touch of barley wine like character about it. Clingy bitterness little bit sticky, poured copper in colour.

Rich hazy brown. Big malty body, pretty sweet. Good example of a bock. Seems like it would be easy, but dangerous, to drink in quantity.

Sep 20, 2008 Draught, 8.0% at EBF08. Faint creamy aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Big stable creamy head. Very malty flavour, slightly citric. OK alcohol level.
