Bottle 50 cl. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Spicy, fruity nose. Medium body, sweet and lightly exotic fruit accents and a fairly hoppy finish. Best offering from Herslev for a very long time. 231009

hazy orange, thick offwhite head. nice strong slightly fruity aroma, pumpkin, peaches a little sweet. flavor is fresh, fruity (pumpkin, peaches), ends fruity and hoppy bitter, making you want to drink some more. nice. I’d like to see an imperial IPA (sort of) version of this one. turn up the hops and the malts a few notches. the fruity sweetness would be ... interesting. in the context fo an DIPA.

Bottle at EsBF09. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour is mildly fruity, dry fruitiness, mango. Quite subtle and slightly boring.

It’s beautiful, slightly hazy orange and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of spice and pumpkin. The flavor is moderately sweet with notes of pumpkin, spice, citrus and the finish is dry. It’s a charming pumpkin beer.

Bottle at Jydske Øldage 2009. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Pumpkin notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. Like other pumpkin beers: not good.

Sample at Esbjerg beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden and hazy. Aroma and taste are yeast, malt, citrus, hops and flowers. Not much pumpkintaste here.
