Nov 14, 2007 From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 33. Pours amber to brown, clear, with a dense off-white and diminished head. Fruity to nutty aroma with a solid malt base. Flavour is slight citric to the solid dry malt base with a bit of bitterness in the finish. Ends with a slight sweetness and some herbal bitterness further into the finish. Slight salty.
