Dec 19, 2005 30 cl bottle. No yeast in bottom. Amber colour with a weak head. Caramel aroma with some maltyness. Also malty aroma with caraeml notes, ends up metallic and unpleasant.

Aug 3, 2005 (Bottle 30 cl) Fully golden - almost amber - with a decent head. First sip promises sweetness and fullness, but the beer doesn’t really deliver. What’s left is a dry, aromatic ale with a touch of hops. Sympathetic but a bit thin. 240801

Mar 19, 2005 Very old sample, shame on me Thin layer of yellow-orange foam on light foxy-amber beer, fast gone. Caramel, sweet bread, toffee, biscuit & oxydized notes, ending vaguely sourish nose. Cookies, sweet, caramel, bit of sweet lemon (does that exist?), and very, very dull. Very light & empty mouthfeel. This is so dull, that even ageing has not changed the result for a dime.
