Commercial Description:
In the early days this was the last beer to be brewed before the warm summer season. It had an increased alcohol percentage so it would last longer.

Fairly headed golden poor with fine nose. Great hops not on the forefront, more on the side. A citric and little malt-sweet taste. Lasting after-taste that made appetite for more. Lower on the alcohol would increase score on Overall impression. Still one of the better bocks I had. Not as dark, but can compete.

Bottle: Clear, golden, big stable off-white head; dusty sweetish-sourish nose with traces of nuts; medium bodied, light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour; corny-nutty finish with a touch of lemony hops. Unspectacular Bock..........

A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma a fresh malts with citrus and orange. The taste is sweet with bitter and fruity, like citrus and orange. There are some hops. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Bottle. Sweet aroma, a little bit sour (Citrus and spices (which reminds me a little bit of Christmas)), also some cherries. A lot of interesting aromas. The medium foamy head disappears fast. The body is brown. The first taste is sweet, later on it gets a little bit more bitter, medium duration. The beer is dry, light to medium and with a lot of carbonation. The finish is light metallic. A nice Bock.
