A citric and little malt-sweet taste. Lasting after-taste that made appetite for more. Lower on the alcohol would increase score on Overall impression. Still one of the better bocks I had. Not as dark, but can compete.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 29, 2008 Bottle. Sweet aroma, a little bit sour (Citrus and spices (which reminds me a little bit of Christmas)), also some cherries. A lot of interesting aromas. The medium foamy head disappears fast. The body is brown. The first taste is sweet, later on it gets a little bit more bitter, medium duration. The beer is dry, light to medium and with a lot of carbonation. The finish is light metallic. A nice Bock. Wim (1321), Turnhout, Belgium
