Pours orange with huge head. Fruity-spicy aroma of oranges and a bit of pepper. Taste is quite spicy, peppery, oranges, a bit of hops and slightly sweet. Quite nicely balanced, alcohol well hidden away. Smooth and full mouthfeel. This is a great and delicious Quad(or is it a Tripel like it says on the bottle?) and soo easy to drink!

A delicious beer. Pours hazy orange, rocky white head. Sweet aroma. Flavor starts out sweet with a nice spiciness to it; then a crisp yeast flavor with a dry, alcoholic finish with just the right touch of hoppiness. Delicious.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with 3 finger off white head. Apple skins, tannins, sweet floral earthiness. Light citrus and some spicy yeast. Mild etoh warming with some citric fruits. Musk, grain, and honey to finish. Interesting brew where the alcohol goes mostly undetected.

bottle poured into a Trappist glass has an orange amber color with a thin white head leaving a dollop of head on the surface. aroma has sweet fruit, spiced yeast, dull citrus peel, and some noticeable malt. light mouth feel with low end carbonation. flavor is light, low spiced yeast, some grains, and pale malt. towards the end of the bb. date so this is somewhat aged but the yeast has developed nicely.

bottle, pours a mildly hazy yellow/orange, tall white head. Looks great. Aroma is light with citrus notes and fresh hops. Great flavor, some sweet malt and generous bitter hops with a slight orange twang. I would mark it higher but I get a copper note in the finish, like sucking on a penny. It does not totally ruin it though. This is a great tripel.

Bottle. Pours a dark thick orange, huge beige head. Nose is fresh and sweet, hint of pepper. Taste is sweet and some burned malt and spice, very smooth though and completely masked alcohol (10%). Not as complex as other tripels/quadrupels but extremely drinkable. Nice dry finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden amber with a nice creamy white head. Hay, malt, spice and alcohol in aroma. Flavour is Barnyard, malt, some spice and hops. Medium bodied. Not my favorite Abt.
