Wim (1278), Turnhout, Belgium Oct 17, 2009 gold blond coloured sparkling body with a white head a hoppy fruity grainy aroma a hoppy fruity sweet grainy taste with a little alcholic bitter finish DKthe13 (52), Netherlands Sep 7, 2009 Drank it at the brewery itself. Nice light colour with a soft foam head. Herbs were added for this beer, also a hint of sugar can be smelled and tasted. Which is not great for a blond this style. dkachur (2316), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Sep 7, 2009 11.2 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium head. Decent head retention and good lacing. Aroma of toasted bread, spice, peach and citrus. Taste is caramel, bread, stone fruits, faint hoppiness, spice. Medium bodied. FatPhil (3443), Espoo, Finland Sep 6, 2009 330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Slightly hazy oranve, persistent small head. Lovely fruity peachy
aroma, some light grains too. Soft palate, a touch sweet and sticky.
Body sweet light grains and fleshy nectary fruits. Hops gentle. Very
drinkable. Softer and with a bit of ginger with more yeast. Not enough
bite and a bit sweet for a blonde, but goes down easily. Yves (989), Beerse, Belgium Sep 6, 2009 Hazy goldblond coloured beer with small white head. A yeasty bit hoppy aroma flavoured with some chocolate notes. Full bit creamy palate and bit sparkling. Finish is bitter soft and yeasty. Straling (185), Heerlen, Netherlands Aug 27, 2009 Bottle 33cl.
Pours a murky golden colour with a small size head and little carbonation.
Dry fruity aroma with small scents of nuts and raisins.
Taste is a good balance of fruits and spices, but not very strong. esox (259), Oulu, Finland Aug 22, 2009 33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with lots of yeast flakes. The white head is huge but it soon diminishes to thin creamy lace. The aroma is sweet, fruity and spicy. Slightly honeyish malts, citrus fruits, peach and peppery-spiced yeast. Hoppyish finish has quite shap herbal and mellow flowery notes and fresh green grass. The flavor is slightly honeyish and fruity. In the finish dryish and slightly sharp yeastiness and light bitterness start tingling on cheeks. The palate is high in carbonation but still very smooth. Light to medium body. It´s a good blonde and very refreshing. ScottyP (314), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA Aug 14, 2009 Hazy gold with off white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit. Similar taste. Light and refreshing. Decent actually
