| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 22, 2006 (Bottled) Very hazy orange-yellow color with a smallish but tight head. Slightly acidic and papery aroma with a hint of honey. Malty, ashy, sweet-honeyish, slightly cardboardy flavor with lemon. Light to medium-bodied palate with quite low carbonation. A very easy, but quite boring and not even that refreshing brew. Somewhat disappointing from this solid brewery. Numenor (869), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Fruity, sweet aroma, maybe some cherry’s and plums. Heavy sweet malts and some light hops dominate the flavor. Light alcohol burn, heavy carbonation in the ending. maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2006 Bottle. Golden yellow body, tiny white head. Sweet yeasty fruit, malty notes. Flavour is sweet with light toasty malt and delicate fruity character. Quite quaffable, touch bland at times but pleasant. Drinks like it has less booze than it carries inside. Medium palate. (3+) Enjoyable. rebelbrewer (125), Lithonia, Georgia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 2, 2006 Served on-tap at Summits Wayside Tavern, Snellville, GA where they have 124 taps not all of which have beer attached to them. The server this night kept filling the glasses to the brim, so, I did not get to observe the head. The color was a medium gold. There was not much of an aroma to this beer. I even passed it over to my date for a confirmation. She confirmed that there was no aroma. Luckily there was a taste. It was of clove and spice, fruit and caramel and had a hop bite on the finish. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 1, 2006 pours cloudy golden with a decent sized white fizzy head, aroma of sweet malts, belgian spices, citrus. Flavor is sweet honey-like, carbonated, slightly bitter, but was killed the flavor was the metallic finish, good body, good brew. maltdog (518), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 2, 2006 Careful pouring off the lees yields a brass-colored beer. A blizzard of tiny bubbles supports the thin (but long-lasting) tightly beaded head and uneven brushstrokes of lace. Aromas of husky, toasty lager malt, bran muffin, buckwheat honey, white muscadine, and hot grass clippings. Sweet, mild flavor suggests honeysuckle, lavender, multigrain bread, coriander. Barest hint of brettanomyces funk. Palate is light but not thin, with mouthfilling gentle carbonation. Subtle mandarin orange, lemongrass, and (cinnamon?) aftertaste. Refreshing, balanced, and elegant in its quiet complexity. I could imagine this pairing well with many Asian dishes. diabel (1372), Aarschot, Belgium

Nose of hops, fine malts, ... very standard. Disappointing flavour: lightly sweet, lightly bitter, very weak ...
