| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 22, 2009 33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with lots of yeast flakes. The white head is huge but it soon diminishes to thin creamy lace. The aroma is sweet, fruity and spicy. Slightly honeyish malts, citrus fruits, peach and peppery-spiced yeast. Hoppyish finish has quite shap herbal and mellow flowery notes and fresh green grass. The flavor is slightly honeyish and fruity. In the finish dryish and slightly sharp yeastiness and light bitterness start tingling on cheeks. The palate is high in carbonation but still very smooth. Light to medium body. It´s a good blonde and very refreshing. ScottyP (314), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA

Deep golden color with a thick, rocky head. Aroma of green apples and basement dust, with some warm spices and sweet malt, more as it warmed, with some honey as well. Malt more evident in the mouth, honey, more green apples. Very clean and smooth, with decent hops flavors and a good bitter finish too. Great balance. Nothing flashy, but very well assembled.

Long lasting taste, highly carbonated. Full, intense in the mouth. Good finish. Although a blond beer it tastes like a triple!
