| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Sampled on-tap. Pours a slightly clouded gold. White head that sticks around for quite some time. Flavor is yeasty with a mild sweetness. Feel is smooth on the liquid and gives a soft bubble on the tongue. Extremely drinkable. So smooth it almost gives a gentle drinking experience. I am not sure what the differences are between having the bottle or off the tap, but if this is how it normally is when on-tap, I say go for it.

Pours a great, muddy pale yellow with a rather large frothy/bubbly white head. Wonderful aroma with malts, yeast, biscuit, sweet sugar, oranges, pineapple. Medium carbonation. Sadly a touch of off-flavour of metallic at the beginning. A fat maltiness of biscuit, light viniousness and zesty fruitiness add up well afterwards. Nice feel - they should just iron out the metallic-ness... altonbrownd (1941), Amsterdam, Netherlands

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 31, 2007 11.2 pour. Nice foamy head into a tulip glass. Nice spicy nose, very complex aromas. Great balance throughout but nothing spectacular going on here. This would be a great session beer and is very drinkable. Similar to other blondes like Leffe. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 20, 2007 11.3 ounce bottle purchased from a mixed 4 pack at Covell Nugget in Davis, CA. Pleasant, sweet, malty aroma with plenty of spicy, hoppy, notes as well as some estery aromas, too. Nice. Moderately hazy honey colored body with a medium white head. Solid lacing. Flavor starts of very malty, grainy, and chewy. Turns a little more floral and estery in the middle. Light hops that are a bit metallic flavors in the finish. Quite bready, cereal-like, and grainy. Not bad. Naven (876), Poway, California, USA
