Sep 5, 2008 Pale golden color without the sediment turns to a nice orange brown hue when poured in. The thin off white head leaves only a slight cover. Flavors of biscuits, yeast, and nice maltiness. Nice smooth feel with no noticeable carbonation. Taste is very sweet, biscuity, and the yeasty bits give weight to the body. Just enough hops balance this out with a lingering drying finish.

Jul 31, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, very zippy. Sweet alcoholic aroma. Starts strong-malty, like wood. Finish a bit thin, modest sweet. Not bad.
