Dec 5, 2005 Appears a murky brown ale with a lot of sediment inside. Thin covering of foam that leaves a decent amount of lacing. Flavor is sweet and hs signs of malt, sugr, and raisin. The aroma was basicaly the same but also smelled almost like a root beer soda.

Nov 13, 2005 (Bottle) Pours a hazy mahogany body with a average off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, raisins, and chocolate. Malty flavor.

Nov 10, 2005 Bottle. Sweet orange and apple malt aroma with moderate hops. Cloudy orange brown color with small but lasting head. Very syrupy sweet malt flavor up front (a bit cloying) with a strong bitter hops finish. One of the worst tasting belgian ales I’ve tried.

Nov 9, 2005 Bottle. Red brown colour with a huge tan head. Dark fruits, light roasted aroma and a sweet fruity, raisin, dry taste. Medium body and a sweet dry finish.

Oct 14, 2005 This looks like iced tea with a fizzy light brown head. The aroma is mainly some roasted but sweet malts with moderate spicing.
