Apr 25, 2008 Draught. Dark red-brown, very thick beige head. Sweet, plum, sugar, hidden flavours in the aroma. Taste extrame for its 6%, dark smokey, sour and chocolatey. Yumm.

Mar 30, 2008 Dark amber with huge off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel and roasted malt notes. Sweet yeasty flavor with ripe fruits, caramel and roasted malt. Ends sweet.

Mar 29, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear amber deep orange with a huge light tan head. Creamy/crispy. Mild yeasty and caramel dense aroma. Flavour is light fruity with a solid caramel malt and light yeasty mellow note. Ends with a smooth caramel malt flavour and a mild spice note.

Mar 9, 2008 Cloudy brown pour with an alright head. Very yeast and malt aroma. Very sweet and spicy with a great sharpness to the bittering with out being over the top.

Dark, opaque with a red-brown colour when help up to the light. The head is weak but creamy. Bubbles.
Grainy, yeasty, malty smell, with hints of burnt sugar, coffee/toffee, liquorice.
Bitter-sweet flavour.
Fresh, wholesome, biteer-sweet, liquorice palate with some undefined fruitiness. Nice!
