Pretty good lacing. Nice reddish brown color. Mild Skunkifunk smell. Not too bad, but not great either. Slighty sour, slightly sweet, wet cardboard taste. Strong nutmeg, metallic peppery finish. Not really my favorite. I hate rating this so much lower than others, but did it anyway. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 24, 2007 Hazy brown hue, with a beige head, yeasty, fruity nose of ripe apples, with a toasted malt, a wet oakiness, candy sugar, hint of spiciness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, spicy, fruity of stewed apples, hint of cinnamom and nutmeg spiciness, with a flowery hop note, with a an alcoholic warmness, leading towards a sweet malty, hop bittering finish. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2007 Red when held to the light but mostly a muddy brown color wit ha fairly thick white head. Brown sugar and caramel gives way to some candied fruit. But an unfortunate metallic finish pretty much ruins this ones potential. At least it’ll get you drunk! oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium
