Pours a dark copper brown with a one finger creamy tan head. The nose is sweet, earthy, mild candy aroma, earthy, fruity, . The flavor is earthy, sweet, yeasty, fruity, mild off quality. A little bit of a dubel feel. Nice creamy mouthfeel with a good carbonation. Pretty drinkable just not upfront impressive.

Bottle @ Delirium. Dark, copper to ruby brown beer. The head is blond beige and creamy. The aroma is sweetish malty, milk chocolatey and slightly roasted. The finish has coffee, chocolate, prunes and light hoppiness. The flavor is malty, slightly fruity and medium sweet. Finishes long and delicate with coffee, chovolate and minor bitterness. The palate is almos full bodied, slick and smooth. Rich, complex and delicate.

A murky brown pour with surprisingly small head on it. The aroma also seems surprisingly light. Tons of flavor, though. It’s a rich mix of nuttiness with dried fruits. A soft yeasty finish. Nice beer.

Au Bières & Compagnie de Terrebonne. Très sucrée et fruitée avec un petit côté surette qui m’a fait penser à l’Aventinus, que je n’aime pas beaucoup. Intéressante et originale mais les saveurs ne m’ont pas emballé.
