Bottle. Brewed with smoked malt, says the label. Dark brown color. Malt, caramel and the slightest hint of smoke in the aroma. Malty sweet caramelly flavor with a hint of smoke and milk chocolate. The smoke is a bit more noticeable in the aftertaste. Medium bodied. Pleasant.

Pours dark amber with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma is sour, light malt and yoghurt. Low carbonation, fat mouthfeel. Flavour is softly infected, chocolate, caramel, tart.

Nov 1, 2009 On tap at Pint Bokbierfestival 09. Clear amber brown colour, thin off white head. Aroma of malts, light smoke, light fruity and some sourness (seems infected). Flavour is light sour, light smoked, malty, light bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice, but too bad of the sourness.
