Paleish orange, brief head. Bready and doughy aroma, some hops come
through too. Very rich and sweet in the mouth, caramelly, and with a
tingle from the carbonation and the hops. Taste fairly simple, but
good, ESL mostly sweet malts and caramel, and with a huge spiky hoppy
tingle. Finish has the hop spike mellow out to give more indication
that it’s a hop rather than an astringent chemical, and of course the
sweet maltiness continues. Only finally do you realise that this
actually has some alcohol in it; they covered the 8.7% under the sugar
and the hops very well, considering, there was no taste of alcohol at
all (even if the fullness and vapours in the mouth gave it away). Kuzo (51), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA

Amber pour with a white head that dissipated rather quickly and left no lace. Malty sweet aroma with hints of fruit and honey. Sweet and malty with light alcohol. Hints of spice. No hops what-so-ever. Thick, unpleasant feel that lingered in the back of my throat.
It was worth trying but overall I was not very impressed. Rciesla (3905), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

The aromas are honey and malt, together with fine wood and alcohol notes. I had this almost at room temperature and the mouthfeel was cloyingly thick, very voluminous. The flavour is not that overwhelming - liquor, again honey and somehow vinous. The bitterness is light, but reminds me of vermouth. A bit one-dimensional and bulky, but nicely warming. Unfortunately, the taste is like olive oil mixed with cheap cologne. Disgusting. Skyview (4111), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours semi-clear dirty golden amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that dissipates clean. Aroma of golden grain malt, sugar, some honey and some mellon? Taste is rancid. Overly sweet, sugar cookie dough and bitter. Finish is heavy sweet, oily texture with a sugar/honey and coconut milk aftertaste. What is this stuff? Infected bottle? My first homebrew was better. daknole (3032), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

I spit mine out and poured the rest out. Nasty. Stank malts, stank everything. Flavor is sweet and tastes of some overripe fruit. Nasty. cheeta (904), Langĺ, Denmark
