Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;
Copper coloured session beer light in alcohol but full in strength from the initial optic malt, excellent bitterness from Challenger hops, and the lingering bitterness is from Bramling Cross in which carry’s a fruity aroma to the nose.

Simple bitter aroma. Strongly bitter taste, with plenty of bready maltiness with ginger highlights. Good for its strength.

Cask conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 10/5/07. Copper coloured with a slight off-white head. Some aroma of green apples and hay. A touch of biscuity malt flavour with a bitter finish. A bit watery but this was pretty good for such a low strength beer.
