Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet fruity combined with light notes of whiskey and smoke. The body is thin.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and orange with a diminished white head. Slight spiced and floral aroma. Quite fruity and mellow flavour. Amazingly fresh. Nice fresh bitter finish. Slight citric to acidic flavour in the finish.

Cask. Pretty bad. Stale malt notes, kinda raw with not a lot of flavour profile. Surprisingly the alcohol shows even though its only 4.6%. Some peaty malt comes through i suppose. This is dull though.

Cask handpull at The Belvedere, Liverpool. Copper colour with thick lasting cream head. Smooth caramel, some rounded fruit. Bit buttery maybe. Not sure I can pick up too much whiskey. Some candy sugar I suppose. Some dryness on end.

Cask conditioned at Stratford upon Avon Beer fest ’07. Dark amber colour with white head. Quite a harsh malty beer, sharp and chemical on the tongue and I don’t get the Whiskey coming through. Some butterscotch, caramel in the body, with a powdery feel. Quite unsubtle.
