Mahogany color. It has a nice aroma, sweet, of caramel and dried plums. It has a round mouthfeel, but it’s light in the mouth, with a basic caramel flavor and limited residual sweetness. Some dark caramel in the final. Only for Mild lovers.

May 20, 2007 Cask conditioned at Stratford upon Avon Beer Festival ’07. Brown orange beer with cream head. Definitely not their Dark Mild, this is stronger and paler, but seemingly brewed quite similarly. A West Midlands Mild alright, fruity and smooth with a sweetish fresh pale malt taste, soft water, but a little underwhelming. Smooth sweetish finish. Not bad really.
