| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 6, 2005 Deep clear brown, mostly lasting off-white head. Very grainy nose, proposing light roastiness, vegetal beany coffee and not much else. Plain and simplistic, it evolves into a fizzy roasty, grainy and astringent water. Below average malt extraction. Light-medium bodied, moderately high carbonation. Seems almost unfinished, yet with little potential. I certainly didn’t find anything close to the richness my peers seem to have noticed. bu11zeye (5545), Frisco, Texas, USA
