NachlamSie (1410), Tennessee, USA Jul 19, 2008 Bottle born on June 28, 2008. Pours a very cloudy gold with a white fizzy head. hm. I’m not too fond of the aroma on this one, it’s very rough and doughy with lots of "generic beer". I notice some papery hops and herbs as well. The mouhtfeel is pretty good, not too light but serviceable as a thirst quencher. The flavor is ever slightly tart, slightly floral with low bitterness and a predominate grainy and doughy character. I’m not too crazy about this, it’s a rather formulatic American wheat beer though slightly more flavorful with small unique nuances. It’s just not my thing.
