12oz bottle-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is grainy/bready, some spice hops, yeast. Taste is sweet grain, secondary spice/metallic hops that seems out of place and clashes. Thanks decaturstevo for picking this out.

Bottle… Clear amber lager with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Biscuity, caramelized, toffee nose with a hint of acetaldehyde. Medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. Well-balanced. Malty caramel sweetness balanced by spicy hop bitterness. Crisp, lightly bitter finish.

Bottle (12oz) -- courtesy of MrFacto. Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold with a quickly diminishing small white head. Mild aroma is bready, malty and fruity. Flavour of malt, slightly toasty and fruity along with very light spicy hops and a light bitter finish -- simple yet pleasant to drink. Average bodied. Nothing great just simply a good beer.

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color. The head was thin and white. Smelled of hay, subdued noble hops, and sweet cream. Light to medium bodied. Delicately sweet up front with a dryish finish. I tasted hay, bitter earthy leaves, and a hint of toffee.

Sampled at the Knoxville 2008 Brewer’s Jam. Orangey copper,. Simple grainy and caramelly aroma. Clean and crisp, with some sweet caramel notes up front and a mildly crisp hop bite. Tasty session brew.
