Commercial Description:
A deep amber colored American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add a complex hop flavor and aroma. This ale is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness.

12 oz. bottle from my Secret Santa - Pours a slightly hazy deep amber color with a half finger thick off white head that faded pretty quick. Sparse lacing. Aroma is bready, toasted malt with a slight hint of hops. Flavor is toasted malt. Palate is a little thin. Light to medium body. A nice, easy drinking Amber. Thanks Santa.

On tap at the Taproom in SC. Pours a dark brown color with great lacing and a small off-white head. The scent was very malty with some hints of mint, biscuit, hops and yeast. Very nice on the palate. Easy drinking amber ale. n

Poured from bottle. Aroma of malt and rotting veggies. Dark brown, dissipating head. Outstanding blend of roasted malt and hops with a creamy feel. Slight lacing. Finish ok. Great beer.

Tap. noticed strong malty presence with little hops. I like this beer but it is not my favorite style.

Quite a nice simple Amber with all around flavors of malts and hops, gives a near perfect balance. Enjoy

Bottle. Caramel and Cascade aroma, those hops really spice up the usually boring Amber scent. Touch of toffee and fruit, and a touch of resin in with the typical grapefruit. Amber body with a luscious, clinging, rocky beige head. Taste leans hop-heavy, lightly crisp with Cascade and loads and loads of caramel and dry biscuit, earthiness with a touch of malty oiliness. Dry, lightly bitter finish and a smooth, thinner-than-medium body. Excellent quaffer!

Pours amber with off white creamy head. Aroma of hops. Flavor was mostly hops with a sweet malt background. Good balance but very light tasting, almost watery.

This is a great local beer - easily holds its own with other domestic micro brews and many international beers for that matter.
