| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Bottle. Caramel and Cascade aroma, those hops really spice up the usually boring Amber scent. Touch of toffee and fruit, and a touch of resin in with the typical grapefruit. Amber body with a luscious, clinging, rocky beige head. Taste leans hop-heavy, lightly crisp with Cascade and loads and loads of caramel and dry biscuit, earthiness with a touch of malty oiliness. Dry, lightly bitter finish and a smooth, thinner-than-medium body. Excellent quaffer! johnadam2002 (529), Hainesport, New Jersey, USA
