Commercial Description:
A deep amber colored American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add a complex hop flavor and aroma. This ale is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness.

Low intensity aroma is grassy and slightly smoky. Rich amber in color with an attractive thumb thick off-white head. Toasty malts in the fore, very creamy mouthfeel for this style, something almost spicy in the finish. Smooth caramel malt backbone throughout the entire range. Has a great overall feel to it...a heft if you will. Very freaking nicely done amber ale-a style you don’t see much innovation in.

From the tap, pours a dark amber with a light white head on the edge. Smells malty and fruity, some hops. Tastes of malts and light hops, lightly bitter at the end.

Pours deep amber with frothy tan head. Nose is malty with a subtle smokiness and hop notes. Flavor is dry and malty, a faint hop btterness follows it up. Good, but a little drab.

Poured a rich amber with low to medium head. Aroma hard for me to tell it seemed to me like most beers I’ve tried it smelled alot like it tasted. Toasted not burnt malt taste that was smooth. Hops that I enjoyed not hardly as much bite as I like but really good. A beer I could drink regular @ 5.8 I wish it was available in Tenn.

Deep, slightly hazy red-amber color, medium off-white head. Light aroma of caramel malts and some dark fruit. Malty flavor with some bite to it. Decent hop bitterness. Lighter bodied, finish is malty with some dryness. Decent beer, but not "exceptionally balanced".
