| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. This beer has a mild aroma of hops, but otherwise is somewhat lacking in the aroma department. The taste is a typical IPA with lots of grapefruity hops and a mild taste of malt. Overall, a good IPA, but nothing entirely spectacular when it comes to IPAs. darn1207 (575), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Consistent from start to finish. Sediment was a bit slaggy but didn’t interfere a bit with the flavor. smcolw (357), Wayland, Massachusetts, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 24, 2009 Modest head, even with a violent pour; the liquid is clear with a dark gold color.
Buttery caramel aroma; light hop flowers in the nose
This is a malty IPA; unusually light hop for the style. But there is a solid level of a body. I can feel alcohol warmth in my mouth. It’s a pleasant beer, but it’s not like an IPA--closer to an Amber or a mild pale ale. Capa (988), Yokosuka, Japan
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 17, 2009 Hazy golden orange with a white head. Grapefruit, citrus, and light caramel malts in the overall fruity aroma. Flavor is a bit on the sweet malt side with pine, and citrus hops also noticeable. It may be a bit sweet because this isn’t the freshest of bottles. Medium body. Has a nice bitter finish. A decent iPA, but nothing to write home about. joergen (8617), Frederiksberg, Denmark
