Cloudy, orange brown body with a long-lasting foamy off-white head and small bubbles around the edges. Dull grassy pine resin flavour. Medium body is a little bitter. Drinkable, nice bitterness.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Poured a clear gold color with a huge white head. Ton of carbonation. Aroma is very hoppy. Grassy/Floral hops dominate the nose. Flavor is more malty than I has expected based on the aroma. Ok beer, but could use a better hop/malt balance. timsilvia32 (447), from Michigan now in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

It’s obviously heavily hopped, but that just doesn’t come out that much in the flavor. Very crisp and clean to the finish. I’d say this is where the St Theresa’s should be, an IPA should be on the border of offensive, which this definetely is not. gotohelunc (476), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 10, 2008 Bottle. Big soapy head. Astringent hoppy aroma. Really natural, hops flavor. It tastes like I’d expect a hop-forward homebrewed IPA to taste if it was balanced wonderfully. Another solid session from Highland. keepersj12 (816), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Picked this one up at Brawley’s Beverage in NC. Pours a golden/orange color with a decent off-white head with some retention. First scent I got was malty followed by light floral hopping. Malts are present in the flavor as well and hops are perhaps a bit light for an IPA but there’s at least more of a crisp bitter grapefruit hoppy taste than the aroma would indicate, which is a good thing. I thought their Pale Ale was a bit underhopped as well. Anyways, not a top shelf IPA but certainly drinkable. AR (437), Georgia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2008 This is a mild, but good IPA. It goes down smooth and is easy drinking. It really doesn’t seem too much different than a good pale ale. Nice Citrus hop flavor with a very subtle malt base. sallad (111), USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 17, 2008 Slightly hazy golden with a touch of orange. Thick bubbling white head. Toast and honey malt with some spicy floral pineapple hops. Slightly astringent bitterness hits rather hard, somewhat subdued malt in the background. Kinda thin body finishes with spicy citrus and a touch of alcohol warmth.
