Sep 7, 2007 Aroma is orange and grapefruit, with a little yeast. Cloudy amber with a thin to medium light orange head. Dry and yeasty, lemon peel. Piny finish. Kind of a chewy mouthfeel. I like this brewer, but this isn’t one of their best. Still above average.

Sep 4, 2007 12 oz. bottle from Total Wine in Huntersville, NC. Pours a hazy amber color with a small head. Floral and citrus notes in the aroma. Taste is hoppy with a smooth finish to it. Not bad.

Aug 29, 2007 Tasted on tap. This India Pale Ale pours a medium gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is orange and citrus. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and piney. Nice balance. Low to medium bitterness IPA. Lots of hop flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aug 13, 2007 Hazy golden pour with perfect head retention. Lazy aroma of lemons, oranges and wet earth -faintly floral. Not a lot there. Tastes very dirty and dark. Wet bark and soil with a definite sulphuric undertone. Hot bursts of cayenne pepper on grapefruit dart here and there. A cool, creamy mouthfeel which lightens the impact of certain off-tastes. Biscuity backbone. A bit English. Good enough. Thanks Steve!

Aug 13, 2007 Pours a cloudy yellow in color. No head to speak of, only faint lacing on the glass. Smell is faint hops and some barley. Taste is of fairly weak hops. Crisp, refreshing in the taste and mouthfeel. A decent patio beer.
