Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. Slightly floral aroma with piney undertones. Taste is hoppy with faint floral and pine flavors. Very nice and refreshing.

Not bad, but certainly not among the top NC IPAs in my opinion. I actually tend to find the hop character in Kashmir - definitely towards the piney end of the spectrum - pretty quick to dissipate, and as a result the brew is too bready (I actually get strong shortbread flavors) to satisfy when I really want that super-crisp IPA. More like a malt-driven American pale to me, but not a bad beer by any stretch.

the aroma is kinda weak, pour is golden and looks clean. hops are very piney and grassy. malts take a back seat.

Consumed a few Highland IPA @ the Green Meadows CC in Eden, NC. Low bitterness, golden ale, British (or is it Scottish?) style IPA. Noca brewery brewed by a Maryland Brewery (Frederick).

Shared by decaturstevo in the hotel lobby while getting my ass handed to me in chess: Thanks steve. Poured a clear copper color with a big white head. Aroma, grassy and earthy, with some pale malts. Flavor, earthy and floral notes, caramel, bready pale malts. Not bad.

Thanks decaturstevo for sharing. The beer pours to a pale yellow body with a thin white head. The aroma is extremely floral with a grainy back end. Overly floral for my tastes. The flavor is really hoppy but quite floral. I don’t really like the hop profile in this one. The palate is dry and bitter.

Bottle thanks to Decaturstevo poured a hazed orange color with small off white head. Aroma was mild pine and citrus with a strong caramel. Taste was bitter with a decent hop flavor and good malt profile. Just a bit bigger than the pale ale.

12 oz bottle. Pours pale and hazy orange. The aroma is what you would expect with pale grains and a hint of pine and spice. Flavor is very English IPA with a splash of American. Biscuit malt with hint of grass and a wild combo of hops that mashes together spice, spruce, and citrus peal. Semi-dry body. Despite the hop combination I really did not care for this. Rather lack luster in overall presentation.
