12oz bottle from Total Wine (Tampa, FL). Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a massive two finger pillowy white head that settles slowly. Aroma is slightly sweet, slightly earthy with notes of pine and citrus. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of spice, citrus, pine, grapefruit, malt, honey, some hints of caramel. Generally light body with a somewhat quick finish. Not as hoppy as I might expect for the style.

Almost pure amber with a nice foamy head that left a good sheet of lace. Very perfurmed hop nose with a bit of lime rind and possibly mango or something tropical. Very balanced flavor, with a citrusy hop right up front balanced by a doughy cookie like maltiness. Finish is fairly bitter but still pretty well balanced. There’s a lingering citric bitterness like chewing on lemon rind. Palate is on the light side, making this very quaffable, and at 5.6% ABV, its a great semi-session beer.

Bottle pours clear yellow gold with medium head and lacing. Aroma had mild hops and a slight munich malt character. Taste starts hoppy but fades into a sweet malt flavor, then hops return on finish. An English-style IPA rather than American.

golden copper color with a thick head. Citrus grapefruit and pine aroma. Very bitter hopping but also a good sweet balance.

Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Habersham Beverage Warehouse (Savannah, GA). Arôme: Odeur d’houblon avec une pointe de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est blonde orangée avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de pamplemousse avec une pointe d’épices et de caramel. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présende d’amertume d’houblon en arrière goût. (Rating #2284)

Pours orange yellow with an off-white head. Nose is lots of caramel with hints of citrus and pine hops. Flavor is malt, pine hops, and a biting citrus hop. Lingers with hop punch. Decent, sessionable IPA.

Light copper without much head. Deliberate bittering hops are there on the nose but not much else, maybe some floral hints around the edge. There is a solid bittering hop backbone but there isnt much else to pad the bones, and it doesnt really provide for a rounded mouthfeel. Not too much complexity, but straitforward, drinkable and quenching.

Bottle. Light roasted note for the malt, moderate pine and grapefruit for the hops, light broth for the yeast and a hint of pepper and fruitiness. Head is creamy, white, with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy orange/tan. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, oily, has a lively carbonation and finishes lightly astringent and dry. A well rounded IPA with a perfect mouthfeel.
