Flavor of roast chocolate comes out as it warms. Not overly impressed here, but certainly drinkable. glkaiser (1172), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 20, 2008 Ok, this beer is overly sweet, very thin with little balance. It is like a decent homebrew extract beer. Overall, It just misses on most areas. Thin mouth feel, sweetness, little body, it is like a extract beer with extra caramel malt added. Seriously, not very good. Maria (6318), Thisted, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 17, 2008 Courtesy of Sammy. It’s a dark brow with a red hue and a dense, creamy head. The aroma has ntoes of roasted malt, hops and light coffee and chocolate. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of roasted malt, slightly bitter coffee, light chocolate and a roasted bitterness in the finish. It’s not very full-bodied, but it’s smooth, nice and quite charming.
