Bottle from WFM Raleigh. Pours reddish black with a malty, spicy, spoiled milk aroma. Smooth creamy oatmeal taste with a caramel sweetness lingering in the finish. Fine beer!

Pours an attractive dark brown colour with a moderate sized brown head. Sweet aromas of oatmeal, hot cocoa and vanilla. Taste is subtle, toffee, a little bit of roasted malts and black cherries.

A very good porter. When Highland sticks to the basics and can do no wrong. This beer is ok in a bottle but is amazing on tap.

Pours black with tan head. Smell of roasted malt and coffee/chocolate. Taste is much the same and not over powering. First bottle I had back last year must have been old. Since I have had it a few times and it is good. Highland is good shit.
