Outstanding. Really great mocha, roast malt and coffee flavor. A great brewery. Can’t wait to see what comes from them in the future.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottle. Poured a dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma is sweet with chocolate and malt. Flavor is roasty with a bitter chocolate finish. Could stand to be a little more full-bodied. Great beer nonetheless.

Aug 20, 2008 Ok, this beer is overly sweet, very thin with little balance. It is like a decent homebrew extract beer. Overall, It just misses on most areas. Thin mouth feel, sweetness, little body, it is like a extract beer with extra caramel malt added. Seriously, not very good.

Aug 17, 2008 Courtesy of Sammy. It’s a dark brow with a red hue and a dense, creamy head. The aroma has ntoes of roasted malt, hops and light coffee and chocolate. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of roasted malt, slightly bitter coffee, light chocolate and a roasted bitterness in the finish. It’s not very full-bodied, but it’s smooth, nice and quite charming.
