Quite pleasant, sweet flavor with a good balance between hops and malt. Less bitter than many APAs and not overly interesting, but very drinkable, smooth, and good with food. AR (437), Georgia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 9, 2007 A little tart for a pale ale. It’s more like a low-end IPA. An OK beer, but there are too many other good beers out there to buy this again. Braudog (3778), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Apr 29, 2007 Draft pint at the Mellow Mushroom, Hilton Head. Reddish amber and shiny. Average head that ran away pretty quickly. This has a great fruity, citrusy aroma ... and the flavor that follows is equally yummy. Sweet and fruit-tarty but with a nice balanced body. The citrus leans more toward orange than the common APA grapefruit, but it comes off in an excellent manner. Great beer! (#2828, 4/25/2007) RagallachMC (631), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Aroma: Sweet maltiness with a touch of bread, light piney hops and some citrus. Light floral as it warms. Appearance: Light amber in color and clear. Off-white head was full and foamy with good retention. Great lacing. Flavor: Light maltiness and caramel, pine and citrus, light floral and earthy hops. Low bitterness. Fairly clean finish. Palate: Medium-light bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Perfectly acceptable APA. A good hamburger beer. nolankowal (855), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Flavors of earthy hops and light sweet malt come through. Sweet with a subtle bitter/clean finish. Meh. Tmoney99 (4793), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Draft at Taco Mac, TN. Pours clear amber color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate spruce hoppy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium balanced flavor with a medium sweet finish of an average duration. Drinkable brew. MaruchanNoodle (11), Dandridge, Tennessee, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Poured into a pilfered Altitude glass from Laramie, Wyoming. Clear to slightly cloudy golden color with little to no head. At first sip I thought my wife sabotaged my beer with her hairspray as this brew seemed much closer to an IPA than an APA. The nose is invigorated with a pleasant amount of Chinook hops. St. Tereses is dry and a bit nutty. It begins a little sweet but finishes very bitter and strong. Just another hoppy ale. Toodles.
