Commercial Description:
A golden pale having a slightly malty body balanced by an assertive American hop flavor. This pale ale displays a delicate hop nose due to the process of dry hopping with whole leaf Cascade. A crisp and refreshing beer perfect for any occasion.

Bottle thanks to nolankowal: Orange/copper in color with a white head. Aroma, citrus hops, some caramel, and pale malts. Flavor, caramel, citrus, some sweetness, and a lightly bitter kick at the end. Nothing special.

A pale orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very lightly malty, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges. Very ordinary.

Bottle, July 2006. A pleasant, easy drinking APA. Reasonable amounts of leafy, grapefruit hop character but there’s a decent soft malt backbone too. Not a particularly big beer but nicely quaffable.

CLoudy straw colored pour with a bubbly white head that fades. A small amount of piney hops on the nose. Medium bodied with active carbonation. A lot of floral/piney hop bitterness from start to finish.

Bottle thanks to Suttree. Hazy straw-colored body, medium dense off-white head. Sharp piney, citrusy hops aroma. Bready malt body with modest grassy, citrusy hops. Quaffable but the problem is there isn’t much to stimulate the palate here. Just a ho-hum beer, the kind of recipe that you follow if Trent Dilfer is your brewer.

golden yellow pour, avg head. aroma isn’t too complex, actually smelling a bit salty and hoppy. flavor: grapefruit (also in the nose), salt, pretzel, hops. leafy/earthy palate. leaves a short to medium length finish with a grainy slightly bittersweet aftertaste. pleasant, but not a favourite. why can’t they just call it the hippy pale ale?
