| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 9, 2006 Honey and ruby pour, little to no head. The bright nose is loaded with fresh pressed oranges and mangos. Nicely carbonated body shows promising malt backbone to balance the continued onslaught of Cascades. Creamy and smooth, this really has a nice cream-cicle orange cream thing going on. A nice balance for a smaller beer. donrajin (233), Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 7, 2006 A very good pale ale from a very fine brewery here in NC. I is much smoother than a lot of your pale ales on the market today. Very quaffable. hopscotch (5504), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Good, creamy retention. The subtle aroma is of grapefruit and pineapple with a whisper of evergreen. Perfectly balanced flavor. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, mostly clean finish. More like an EPA than an APA. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 4, 2006 12oz bottle via trade with SpringsLicker! - Thanks Jay! - Pours cloudy pale amber with a short offwhite creamy head that holds pretty well and laces some... Good balanced aroma of pale malts and pineapple with a touch of floral hops. Flavor is pineapple, caramel, light apple, some biscuit, and some floral notes. Light body with adequate carbonation and a slightly bitter finish. Quite balanced.. I thought this one was pretty refreshing and didn’t lack at all for taste.. OldGrowth (1426), North Carolina, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2006 Bottle, from trade with ross. Ok nose, sweet. orange & pineapple, apple cider, little nutty sour too. Tad hazed brownish orange color. Small head that faded quickly to a ring, ok lacing. Bittersweet flavor, like aroma with the citrus taking on a more grapefruity taste. Nutty, cidery, honey, caramel. Medium body, lite creamy mouthfeel, bittersweet finish. Nice brew, has a little of a flavor/scent I’m not crazy about, but have got to like more than a few years ago. Thanks ross! RCL (1480), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Light tan color, medium off-white head. Big bubbles, fades slowly. The aroma is floral but lacking. Same with the flavor. Smooth, I could go for more "assertive American hop flavor". A boring pale ale but no flaws stand out. I would call this one swill-drinkers delight.
