Earthy caramel and leafy fresh hops aromas. Fairly thin in feel which goes with a somewhat watery and thin taste. Light honey and a mild hops tea comes to mild. Has a real iced tea quality. Rather dry in the finish and linger. Only a touch of bread dough and a mild hops bite finish things off. Thanks for the sample ross. Delirium (499), Santa Cruz, California, USA

Aroma is the accustomed American pale ale hops, mainly floral. Taste is pretty balanced between maltiness and hops that add nondescript bitterness, especially in the finish. A bit of fruitiness as well. Pretty good. decaturstevo (1997), decatur, Tennessee, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 5, 2006 A beer with a nice maltly, fruity aroma with just a touch of hops. Pours a hazy golden with decent head and lacing. Tastes malty, and slightly hoppy with a hint of sweetness and finishes with decent bitter hops finish. A beer that would be good for a cookour or for swilling around the campfire. A little above average but not great. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2006 Bottle. Pours reddish orange with white head. Faint aroma of toffee, apple, malt, and some herbal hops. Flavor is of toasted malt, with some lemon notes, balanced by some mild hop bitterness. Dry, crisp, fruity and bitter finish. In my opinion, this one is just ok. ATOmemphis (200), Franklin, Tennessee, USA

Interestingly it was spelled St. Theresa Pale Ale, but nevermind that. Tasted very nice with a sweet aroma, hop evident as well. Light golden in color with off white head. The dry hopping is definately tasted in the bitterness, especially at the finish. I found it to be quite refreshing. Would have it again. A shade pricey for a draft though ($4.00). Nose is a nice mix of malty sweetness and subtle floral hop notes. Flavor is also pleasant and malty with a nice bitter finish. kawsakimx6 (7), Gainesville, Florida, USA does not count | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 4, 2006 Thiws beer is a good Starter ale, It is not too strong, but the flavors are present. I do like the beer and would recomend this to to anyone that is getting started in the beer tasting scene. Once you go along and tast other beers, however, you will find that the beer is closer to tasteless then tastefull this is defanatly a light and ary beer. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA
