Feb 23, 2009 Bottle (12oz) courtesy of MrFacto. Pours a hazy orange-copper with an average size diminishing foamy white head. Nice aroma: Fruity and hoppy with some biscuity malt. Flavour of caramel malt, fruit, light hops and an average bitter finish. I would personally like it a little hoppier, even for a Pale Ale. Average bodied. I didn’t love it but it’s an O.K. beer.

Feb 7, 2009 Bottle. Poured clear orange with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, cascade. Taste is very basic with bitter citrus hops and heavy malt backing. Balance is a little off. Not really all that interesting. Finish is hoppy bitterness. Mouth is medium with mild carbonation. Overall, an okay pale.

Feb 5, 2009 (Sample Date: 11/28/2008 Source:Other) Floral fruity hop nose with some graininess and carmelization. Hazy orange/golden. Flavor has a lot of caramelized maltiness, honey, and some dark sugar notes. Medium body and mouthfeel. Finish is dry and slightly fruity and bitter. Quite Tasty!

Sweet caramel, citrus and floral hops, light yeastiness and a firm but moderate bitterness. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Jan 15, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours an off-white head with a clover honey colored body. Smells of pine and pineapple. Clean pine with a hint of fruity hops. Bitter finish.
