Commercial Description:
A golden pale having a slightly malty body balanced by an assertive American hop flavor. This pale ale displays a delicate hop nose due to the process of dry hopping with whole leaf Cascade. A crisp and refreshing beer perfect for any occasion.

(Sample Date: 11/28/2008 Source:Other) Floral fruity hop nose with some graininess and carmelization. Hazy orange/golden. Flavor has a lot of caramelized maltiness, honey, and some dark sugar notes. Medium body and mouthfeel. Finish is dry and slightly fruity and bitter. Quite Tasty!

Tap. Pours orangish with nice white head. Smell of hops. A nice citrusy hopy flavor that is more subtle than some others I have had. Pretty decent beer here.

Bottle on 11/28/2008 in the Great Butters Tasting of 2008. Hazy copper body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet caramel, yeasty, floral and citrus hop aroma. Sweet caramel, citrus and floral hops, light yeastiness and a firm but moderate bitterness. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Bottle from total wine in Palm Beach. Golden pour. Aroma is malty as hell with a slight hop hint. Flavor is much maltier than I would have expected, hops are not as present as they probably should be. A bit of a different horse in the pale ale category.

From a 12oz bottle this beer pours a cloudy straw color with little head - citrusy, piney aroma with some grasses detected as well. Decent carbonation and the citrus flavor is good - a decent beer but not one of my top pale ales - but not at the bottom either.

Bottle in trade from ROBORB. Thanks man. Pours a lightly hazy orange color with a short lived white head. Smell is honey sweet malt with some orange and earthy like hops. Taste is dusty, earthy and citrusy hops with a moderate amount of almost balncing malt. Decente pale ale.
