Oct 12, 2008 12 ounce bottle from Sam’s Quik Shop. A more vigorous pour than anticipated creates a bubbly 2-finger head on top of a clear orange-amber. Nice lacing. Aroma is faint, but a pleasant sweet malts and citrus hops. The taste is very similar, citrus hops with sweet slightly grainy malts. Very well balanced and medium to full bodied.

Sep 9, 2008 bottle: pours a slight cloudy alfalfa honey colour with a small white. aroma is a nice hops that are a little citrus and a good amount of malt to back them up. flavour is a a light malt that is slightly bready with a decent blalance of hops. a very nice drinkable beer.

Aug 31, 2008 This pours a golden color out of the 12 oz. bottle. Fluffy white head and a fresh cascade hop aroma. This is a light, fruity ale with strong citrus hops and a thin buscuity backbone. Sort of thin, but it went well with the hot wings on Ocracoke Island.

Aug 30, 2008 Pretty good and really drinkable. Light bodied apa with a well defined piney hop flavor. Simple beer, but not watery at all. Lightly sweet hop finish. Crisp and refreshing.

Aug 20, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours golden amber with a thin, crisp, white head. Smells caramelly malty and earthy hoppy. Tastes slight hoppy and then sweet malty throughout. Hops are earthy and slight citrusy. Medium body, good carbonation.

Aug 10, 2008 Light hazed orange, creamy off white head (great lacing). Fresh caramel citrus aromas ride warm biscuit-like notes. Soft citrusy grapefruit peel and melon hop flavors balance on a kiss of sweet caramel and pale biscuity malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, crisp, bittersweet finish. Super refreshing on a hot summer day. A quality pale ale in my book...

Jul 28, 2008 Bottle. Lightly hop scent, with some herbal and hay smells. Flavor is really lighter than I like in an APA, but clean and without flaws. A bit bubbly, would go well with spicy food.
