Commercial Description:
Unfiltered and unpasteurized overfermented beer with taste evolution that was brewed for De Heikantse Bierliefhebbers in August 2006 by the Angerik brewery. Ingredients: water, pils and pale malt, challenger and hallertau hops, yeast, coriander and Irish moss. The profits from this beer are given to a good purpose.

Bottle at 19de Heikantse Bierfeesten. Cloudy orangey-golden with a small, yet stable head. Potent coriander nose. sweet with offsetting bitterness from the spices. Bitter finish. A bit on the sweet side.
